How To Build & Manage Content For Different Context In Digital Marketing? (Part-1)

In this video, you will learn how to manage content and track it effectively. 

Content marketing plan: it is shown through the excel sheet. In this, you can write: what was your marketing strategy, observations, evaluation in content, changes in content etc. In the video, you can see columns like core message for representing your content’s main message, secondary message for additional message, the objective of sale/PR/branding, etc., landing page URL, keywords, page title, CTA, ranking 1st QTR and 2nd QTR. These all tools are discussed before; fill in details according to your business.

Content Plan-Idea: Next, you have to make another sheet for the content plan, mainly based on an idea. Write down whatever idea strikes to and what is type of content you want to keep for that idea. Find out the appropriate title and points you want to cover in that content. 

Content Plan-Calendar: Also, you can make a calendar for a content plan. To maintain the frequency of broadcasting, the calendar is needed for management. Work, as explained in the video for your business. 

Content Plan-Questions: You can make a sheet in which questions and answers should be tracked. Questions that your customers can have regarding your products & services. And according to that, your solutions and approach to give best to them. Note down what will be your landing page to their questions, type of page and the keyword you are going to use. The status of all activities should be tracked effectively.

Content Plan-Competitive analysis: Competitive analysis is a strategy where you identify major competitors and research their products, sales, and marketing strategies. By doing this, you can create solid business strategies that improve upon your competitor’s. In this sheet, you can add points like their name, the main message, topics covered, types of content, frequency of update, CTA last, how you can do better than them. Observe them, don’t copy but think about how you can improve and grow. 

Content templates: It should include title, introduction, a body containing two to three paragraphs, closing and CTA. Follow this for content marketing.

Quality content is part of all forms of marketing. It is impossible to do marketing without great content. Let’s see different content styling on the other platform.

Website Content: one of the essential pieces of any digital marketers work would be the website content. When users land on-page, they will see the content first. You can write a brief summary of products, add images with an alt tag, put testimonials, and keep relevant links. 

Social Media Marketing: In social media, users of the young generation are actively present. If you do not write engaging & meaningful content, they will not show interest in your services. Content marketing strategy comes before social media strategy.

Opinion pieces: Opinion pieces are usually written by an individual with an opinion on a topic. It can also be anonymous or not named at all depending on the preference of the author/contributor/writer. Blogging: Blogging is writing personal thoughts and experiences to share with others in order to generate discussion.
