Check the icon by going to View > Toolbars and enabling any of the listed toolbars.
Select Tools >> Customize in CATIA, then the Toolbars tab, then the New... button. Select the new toolbar from the drop-down menu, then Add Commands to add the TcIC commands from the drop-down menu.
Adding CATIA Toolbars to 3DCS
Select Tools and then Customize from the drop-down menu. Select New from the Toolbars tab from here. Select Assembly Design and the workbench toolbar you want to bring into 3DCS when the New Toolbar window appears. Click OK.
This indicates that the tool bar is locked in place. Uncheck lock tool bar position in Tools>> Customize>> Option to unlock.
Turn on Lock Toolbar Position in the Options tab. This setting prevents the user from relocating or disabling toolbars. To return the toolbars to their default positions, go to Tools -> Customize. Click Restore position in the Toolbars tab.
