Select the Thickness option. The dialogue box Thickness Definition appears. 2. Choose the thickening faces, i.e. both faces as shown: The faces turn red, and CATIA displays the geometry's thickness value.
Choose the extrude element, which is the surface you want to thicken. Click on Thick Surface.
Set the First Offset value to 10mm and the Second Offset value to 6mm.
Select More>>.
Under the Deviation parameters section, select Smoothing mode... Click OK.
