The Smart Move may work in visualisation mode, which eliminates the need to transition into design mode for the positioned component and positioning parts. When the Automatic move to Design mode and related components of the Active component in Visualization mode are turned off, the Smart Move is deactivated.
Manipulate Components: Click this icon, then choose the parameters you want to change, then select the component you want to move and drag it. Snap Components: Select both items by clicking this symbol. Smart Move: Select the components to be moved and constrained by clicking this icon, checking the Automatic constraint creation option.
When shifting a geometrical element of a component onto another geometrical element of the same or other component, the Simple Snap implements the smallest transformation.
Select the surface you want to move by clicking the Select icon. Place your finger on the compass manipulation handle (the red square located on the privileged plane at the base of the compass). The pointer form changes to a cross. Drag the compass across the surface you want to move around.
