Choose between Length1/Length2 modes. For Length 1, enter 10mm, and for Length 2, enter 25mm.

Select Tools >> Customize in CATIA, then the Toolbars tab, then the New... button. 2. Select the new toolbar from the drop-down menu, then Add Commands to add the TcIC commands from the drop-down menu.
