Select Start > Mechanical Design from the navigation bar.
The Drafting workstation should be selected.
From the New Drawing Creation dialogue box, choose the views that will be automatically created on your drawing, such as Front, Bottom, and Right.
Click OK .
CATIA users must first install the Sectioning tool to their 3DCS workbench in order to use it. Start the Sectioning tool with a model open. The Definition of Sectioning will emerge. The user can define the section plane direction in either X, Y, or Z directions in the Positioning tab.
