Axis Lines Creation
Select the Axis Line icon from the Dress-up toolbar and click it in the drawing window ( Axis and Threads sub-toolbar).
Two lines have been chosen. Create the axis line. You can choose two non-co-linear non-parallel lines if needed.
Select Tools >> Customize in CATIA, then the Toolbars tab, then the New... button. 2. Select the new toolbar from the drop-down menu, then Add Commands to add the TcIC commands from the drop-down menu.
Click the Axis Line and Center Line icons from the Dressup toolbar in the Drawing window (Axis and Threads toolbar). Choose two circles. Create the axis and centre lines.
Choose a line. Select Axis. If you want to transform this current line to an axis, CATIA will ask you. We now have an axis line instead of a regular one, thanks to a simple click of the "Yes" option.
