The first step is to find a weightlifting bar that fits your height without hitting your feet or knees. The second step is to place the bar on the ground with a foot-wide distance between it and your body. The third step is to hold onto the bar with both hands, with one hand on each side of the barbell.
Steps:
Start by creating a new part using the New Part button on the ribbon bar.
In the Part Properties dialog box, select Materials from the Category list and then click on Sheet Metal from the Material list.
In the sheet metal material dialog box, enter 0 for thickness and 2 for diameter of your bracket's base plate or use an existing base plate that you have created in this or any other part file in your project.
