With an assembly open, go to Component > Assemble > Assemble. Choose a CATIA V5 CATPart.
Select the part file you want to use as a part component in an existing assembly or explore to find it.
Import the CATIA V5 part and assemble it as an imported component in the existing assembly by selecting Import.
