From the menu bar, choose Insert > Axis System or click Axis System. The dialogue box for Axis System Definition appears. An axis system is made up of three orthogonal axes and an origin point. For example, to position the origin of the axis system you want to design, start by selecting the vertex as indicated.
Launch CATIA V5 1. Open the attached CATPart 2. Select Replace by MB3 under Absolute Axis System in the tree.
The axis that connects the North and South Poles is the centre of the earth's rotation. A circle's diameter is also an axis. a graph's fixed line that shows the position of a point: Plot the vertical y-axis of distance against the horizontal x-axis of time.
Select EDIT from the menu line, then SEARCH from the pop-up menu.
Go to the ADVANCED tab.
After you've set the settings, click SEARCH and then SELECT.
It's as simple as clicking the HIDE command (either the pop-up menu "view" or the "view" button on the toolbar).
The active view is highlighted in the Drafting specification tree and has a red frame.
Blue frames surround non-active views.
Until you click on the preferred view location to validate the creation, the view to be produced is in a green frame.
