Click on the Circle. The dialogue window for Circle Definition appears.
Choose a circle with a centre and radius.
Choose a point to be the circle's centre.
Choose the Support plane or surface on which the circle will be drawn.
Determine the Radius value.
To make the circle or circular arc, click OK.
