Go to the Tools menu > Options in CATIA to adjust the size of the reference planes. Click the Display tab in the Options dialogue box under Infrastructure > Part Infrastructure. The planes' size is regulated by the scroll bar adjacent to the Axis system display size (in mm) field in the Display in Geometry Area.
