When you offset an element with Geometrical Constraints and Dimensional Constraints active in the Sketch tools toolbar, constraints are automatically established based on the type of element you're offsetting. As a result, if you relocate one piece or change its geometry, the other element will follow suit.
Click 3D Curve Offset . The 3D Curve Offset Definition dialog box appears.
Choose the reference curve that will be offset.
Choose an offset Pulling Direction.
Enter a value or use the spinners to specify the Offset value.
To see the offset curve, click Preview.
Click OK .
