The plummer block, which is an assembly consisting of a self-aligning ball bearing or spherical roller bearing arranged in bearing boxes of various forms, has a high load capacity and is easy to handle, making it popular in typical industrial machinery like conveyors. Industry that is related.

A pillow block bearing (or plummer block) is a pedestal that uses appropriate bearings and numerous accessories to give support for a spinning shaft. The assembly is made up of a mounting block and a bearing.

A spherical roller bearing or self-aligning ball bearing and a bearing housing with a sealing device make up this arrangement. Depending on the application, the bearing housing can be built of cast iron, spheroidal graphite cast iron (Ductile cast iron), or cast steel.

A bearing with one of numerous types of rolling elements, such as ball, spherical roller, self aligning, or metallic or synthetic bushing, may be found in a plummer block.
