The menu bar is basically a row of icons that are located at the top of the screen. The icons are grouped into various sections such as navigation, tools, settings, and more. An example of a function the menu bar provides is the ability to minimize and maximize windows and change their size.

It is available in the top-left corner of the Excel window and provides easy access to tools such as worksheet tabs, ribbon, and commands such as print and cut. The menu bar is located on the Ribbon, which can be accessed by clicking on the yellow triangle at the top of a worksheet. The menu options that it offers are: Clipboard: For copying and pasting data into cells or other items on a worksheet; Insert: For inserting new rows or columns; Page Setup: For controlling margins, gridlines, and page orientation; Sheet Options: For controlling colors or number formatting; Style: For changing fonts or font settings;
