A solid or surface body can be moved, copied, rotated, or mated in the following ways: Insert > Features > Move (Features toolbar) or Move/Copy Bodies (Insert > Features > Move)
In an active sketch, click Modify Sketch. (Sketch toolbar) or Tools > Sketch Tools > Modify.
In the dialog box, do one of the following: Type a value for Rotate to set the rotation value and press Enter. Rotate a sketch in the graphics area with the pointer: Press the right-mouse button.
To set a Base point, select Base Point (Scale Point Defined), then click in the graphics area to set the point to Scale around.
Enter a Scale Factor value.
To maintain the original drawing entities and duplicate the scaled entities, follow these steps: Copy is the option.
Select Rotate View from the drop-down menu. (Rotate View) or right-click the view and pick Zoom/Pan/Rotate > Rotate View from the View toolbar.
Choose one of the following options: To rotate the view, drag it to the appropriate position. Choose your preferences and then click Apply.
To close the dialogue box, click Close.
A part or surface model can be scaled around its centroid, model origin, or coordinate system. To scale a solid or surface model, follow these steps: Click Scale (Features toolbar) or Insert > Features > Scale in a component document.
