Limit, linear/linear coupler, route, profile centre, symmetry, and width mates are examples of advanced mates. For distance and angle mates, limit mates allow components to move within a range of values. A starting distance or angle, as well as a maximum and minimum value, are all specified.
Select Mate (Assembly toolbar) or Insert > Mate from the menu bar.
Select Width from the Advanced Mates menu.
Select two planar faces for Width choices under Mate Selections.
Select one of the following constraints under Advanced Mates: Option.
Make a click.
Click Tools > Customize to enable the Quick Mates feature. Select Show fast friends from the Context toolbar on the Toolbars tab. When you Ctrl + select mate entities, the Quick Mates context toolbar appears. In the graphics area, you select model geometry (such as faces, edges, and vertices).

I just loved this course. A free course with highly organised and useful contents is near to impossible in now a days. Very much useful and learned a lot. Trainer is also very good.
