To rotate a three-dimensional object around an axis

  • To rotate 3D, go to the Home tab > Modify panel > Rotate 3D. find
  • Choose the object you want to rotate (1).
  • 2 and 3: Define the start and endpoints of the axis around which the items will be rotated.
    Specify the rotational angle.

ROTATE3D is a 3D rotation tool (Command) Objects should be chosen. This parameter specifies which items should be rotated.
The axis's first point. For the specified item, specifies the first of two positions on a rotation axis.
Angle of rotation. The angle specifies how much the object has been rotated around the axis.
Recommendation. Define the axis.

Rotate your screen with shortcuts:

  • [CTRL] + arrow.
  • [CTRL] + [Alt] + arrow.
  • [CTRL] + [Shift] + arrow.

  • 3D Commands
  • Bottom Command.
  • Cone Command.
  • Cube Command.
  • Cylinder Command.
  • Dodecahedron Command.
  • Ends Command.
  • Height Command.
  • Icosahedron Command.
