Change your working environment. You must first modify the workspace, and then use a 3D template to create a new file.
Select New from the Application drop-down menu. After that, click Drawing to bring up the Select Template dialogue box.
Finally, make a decision on your units.
Simply click the Workspace Switching button on the Status Bar and select the suitable work environment. You may also rename your workspace by clicking on Customize, then on Save Current As.
The Visual Style drop-down on the Home ribbon tab allows you to swiftly change visual styles (3D Modeling workspace). You may define and store your own custom styles in AutoCAD. It comes with five predefined visual styles. You can alter the settings of a visual style at any moment.
Select Edit. Select the preferred visual style and any additional parameters on the Graphic Display Options dialogue.
Extrusion is used to make a 3D solid:
Click Workspace Switching and pick 3D Modeling from the status bar if necessary. Find.
Extrude may be found under the Solid tab > Solid panel > Extrude. Find.
Extrude the objects or edge subobjects you want.
The height must be specified.
