Cleartimeout Function in React

If you don't want the timer to fire if it hasn't already, you merely need to clear the timeout. You don't need to cancel it if it's already fired or if you don't care if it fires in the future.

The global clearTimeout() method cancels a timeout that was previously set using the setTimeout() method.
