The Layers tab allows users to create new layers by clicking on the New button or by dragging a drawing into a layer from the drawing list. It also allows users to rename, delete, and lock or unlock layers.

Select Ribbon > Tabs > Home 2D > Home Layers from the CUI Customizations in All Files pane. Select the Layer control you want in the Panel Preview pane. The CUI will change to the tool's Panel location, which you may copy and paste into your custom ribbon panel.
