  • The Draw Line Tool is a tool that lets you create straight lines and curves in AutoCAD. It creates a path of continuous lines and curves that starts at the first point, in this case, the origin. You can use it to create straight or curved paths of one or more segments. You can also specify different styles for each segment along the path.

The purpose of drawing lines in AutoCAD is to draw shapes that are parallel to the X-axis without having any gaps in between them.
