The 3D Array command is used to create a 3D object from a 2D drawing. It can be used to create an elevation or a section by stacking the objects in different layers.

3D Array Command is used to create a 3D array from a set of objects.

The 3D Array command can be used in the following ways:

  • To create a 3D array from one object.
  • To create a 3D array from two or more objects.
  • To make an existing 2D array into a 3D array.
  • To change the number of rows or columns in an existing 3D array.

3D Array Command is one of the new features in AutoCAD 2018 that allows users to create arrays with precision and accuracy. The command has many benefits such as:

  • It can be used to create arrays on existing objects without changing their shape or size
  • Users can also control the spacing between objects in an array
  • Users can also control the orientation of objects in an array
  • Users can also control how many copies they want to make within

3D arrays are more complex than 2D arrays because they have a third dimension. This means that they are made up of three axes, x, y and z. 3D arrays can also be called 3-dimensional arrays.

It is a powerful tool that helps you to create professional quality models quickly and easily. It has some great features like the ability to import files from other 3D modeling programs, and the ability to export files in many different formats.
