Phishing Techniques

Phishing is a type of social engineering assault that is frequently used to obtain sensitive information from users, such as login credentials and credit card details. It happens when a hacker poses as a trustworthy entity and convinces a victim to open an email, instant message, or text message.

  • Use multi-factor authentication to secure your accounts.
  • Back up your data to keep it safe.

Phishing can target anyone, from a business leader to a member of a home social network or an online banking customer. This is why it's critical to implement anti-phishing precautions and exercise extreme caution when using the internet.
