CAPTCHA Exploits

Even with reCAPTCHA v3, using a carefully constructed CAPTCHA bot or human fraud farms, it is astonishingly easy for fraudsters to obtain a high score. These adept scammers can simply get through the CAPTCHAs that they are confronted with.

A CAPTCHA is a challenge-response system that is used to distinguish humans from computer programmes. CAPTCHAs are security checks that prevent spammers and hackers from inserting dangerous or frivolous code into web forms.

CAPTCHAs are technologies that let you distinguish between human users and automated users like bots. CAPTCHAs are challenges that are difficult for machines to complete but relatively simple for people to complete. Identifying stretched characters or digits, for example, or clicking in a specific spot.

If the CAPTCHA asks for both upper and lowercase letters, make sure you type them precisely as they appear. You might be able to enter it either way if all the letters have the same case, but if you're receiving bogus CAPTCHAs, try capitalising the characters precisely as they're shown.

When you load a page with one of those CAPTCHAs, the first three can be solved automatically. To solve the other regular types, right-click on the response input box and select "Find and solve CAPTCHA picture for this input" or press Ctrl+Shift+6.
