IP Address Detection

  • Open a Command Prompt window. To begin, hit the Windows key and the "R" button at the same time.
  • Ping the website you're looking for. To get the IP address of a website, type "ping" followed by the URL.
  • On the IP address, run the "Tracert" command.
  • Use an IP Lookup Tool to find these IPs.

Because an IP address does not directly reveal personal or confidential data, it is generally not risky for others to know it — but it depends on who is attempting to access it.

Let's get right to the point: you can track someone's phone by their phone number. However, it is not as simple as it appears. Finding out where your loved ones are and achieving peace of mind after you know they're safe is one of those unique feelings that can't be quantified.

The benefits of IP Address Detection are:

  • It works on all operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux
  • It is compatible with all browsers and apps
  • It can be used on mobile devices
  • It has a low impact on the performance of the device

You can find out an IP address from the following ways:

  • Check the IP address in the browser's address bar
  • Use a proxy server to find out the IP address
  • Look up an IP Address on Google or Bing
