TOPIC: Project Plan part-2
Hello I am (name) and welcome to LearnVern. Let's continue our previous topic.
Okay, so as you all can that whatever Rename were there I had to change them all and the size that was small, so there rename that we did and the text size also we have turned small now are next step is that the sunshade that is here like you can see here at all the four windows we have provided sunshades,so for making sunshades firstly what we have to do is that the sunshade that is here we need dimension alongwith we take dimension we need it of 6 inch that is called Barring in Civil Engineering Language so here we have to change its barring and towards outside also we kept of 6 inch, okay, so next what we did is taking 6 inch barring on both the side a line is prepared, next what we will do is the sunshade that we had we will select the whole and alongwith its line we will turn it into DotLine, okay, so now here the scaling we had, its scaling is a bit smaller due to which what we will do is select it and will go to properties so as we go to properties so here it is showing that the line type which is here is 1.00,so if we make it 2 and enter so you can see that the spacing between the two has increased, so we will do here 4 and enter and will close it.
so you can see now that the line we had can be seen easily. then we will select it and move and will copy and that too we will do multi copies and for multi copies we will want M enter. From here we took a base point and here we will place it okay. so it has been placed then we have to place it here as well but if it is not possible to place it here, why is it not possible? because the dimension is on the other side. then we can also do like here we place it and mirror it ,so this is also an option or directly what we will do is, I will select it and after selecting it , will select it ,this baseline also we will select it and then will copy it from here and then will off the ortho such that the dimension is easily put there.
then we will rotate it ,alongwith rotate we will select it then will select the Rotate command and can rotate it from here only,ok, something like this. so we will ON the Ortho. so it exactly gets rotated at 180 degrees. now we will copy but this time we will do multi copies , exactly from the center we will place it… and here also something like this we will place it… then we will change the direction of the sunshade if we want to ,one more time we will rotate it and this time in this direction, okay , so again we will select it ,copy from here ,then M enter as we want Multicopies ,here is our base point and here I place it.
One more time we will do the placing…so it has been placed here, okay. so at all the places we have set, one place is left so for that we will go and rotate it. We want exactly the opposite so will rotate it in 180 degree, Ortho (10 sec pause, command). something like this ,okay, then we will select it and directly copy it as this is the last object or last window that was pending ,okay. so at all the places, we have placed the sunshades so we will remove the extra reference lines ,okay? (12 sec pause) So whenever you are drawing, always keep this in mind that the mouse you have, you use it efficiently and maximum such that your speed would increase. alright? (20 sec pause) So we are selecting the whole portions ,why are we selecting?
Because for a layer we have developed an option , for making sunshades we will provide a different layer, okay, and if not made then we will make one. so that also we have taught you how to make layer and to add a layer. So you can see that for making sunshades, I have already made a layer,we will click it, so you can see that all the sunshades are converted into one layer, okay, so we will delete it. then if we want to see in the drawing then w can see here is the Hatching in both the toilets here also we have provided the hatching,so, first of all, we will do Hatching, prior to Hatching the object that we need to insert, firstly we will insert it like here you can see, here is the sheet and here also the sheet is available so firstly we will place the sheet, for inserting the sheet we have to type Control 3 so as we press Control 3 our Toll Panel Palettes will be on and from here we can take all these things and close it, so what we will do to this, we will scale it a bit because it is smaller than the drawing. for scaling, we will do SC enter so here is our base point and from we can make it bigger or with Multiplication Factor also we can make it bigger ,so we will increase a bit.
We will do SC Enter and so here is our base point ,something like this ,okay, now you can see an option is available with us if we want Plan so we can take Plan and many other options are available with us so whatever is our requirement we can take it then what we have to do is ,we will copy it and place two objects like this so first of all I will select this object and place this exactly in the center ,okay, now what we have to do is we have to rotate it and to place it here , to rotate we have to take the rotate command and from here exactly… at 180 degree if Ortho is ON ,so the 180 degree will be exactly rotated, okay, so we will move it from exactly the center point and here the center point that is here will place it here. (09:05)
Now what we have to do is the text which is hiding at the bottom we will move it a bit, something like this, okay. and here also you can see the text,we will move it a bit,so I have all the arrangements now what we have to do is the hatch that was made there we have to make that hatch, okay, so you can see here and here hatching is there, okay. To make hatching, HA and enter and from here we can select the type of hatching we need so, first of all, we will select this hatching, okay, and place it here, but you all can see that the hatching is exactly not place here because its scaling is a bit bigger so we can change its scaling, okay, so here its scaling is given, so we will increase its scaling, here we do the scaling of (5 sec pause) 10 and enter.
we will increase a bit (3 seconds pause) and 20 and enter,so you can see that here the hatch has been inserted. Now we have to insert the hatch in the OTS,so for that also HA enter and for inserting hatch you can see it is coming in the room also so for that we will make a line ,L enter from here to here ,here we have drawn a line as we need a close boundary so as it will get a close boundary it will by default add a hatch. So one time we will take a hatch ,insert it and now the hatching that we need is a bit different. so for that we will go to whatever Hatch is our requirement as per our drawing we can take it. so something like this so we can take it like this also and here I have placed it ,okay. and enter and upon that I will click it and do the scaling of 20 and enter and you can see that the hatching is created, so whatever work of our Plan has been finished and you can see that for the hatching here a layer that we will create differently so we have already made a layer so we will select the hatching and we will go to file or will go to the home page or else we will select that we have made and here we did the hatch so you can see that the color has also been changed so something like this is made, so here what we did is,the basic commands like the line command, box command hatch command, trim and offset all these commands we use it,along with that we use a hatching command that means we use all these commands such that here the command that is here is prepared, okay, one more thing we can do is we can insert it , can rename it for that we will copy it from here to here , okay, we will move it a bit exactly from the center and we will double click on it and write down plan (5 sec pause) ,okay…so then we can increase its size also, so you will select kit and along with select set the size 12 or you can do 20 ,something like this. So here our plan is ready, so you can see we have inserted all the things. Yes, one thing is left that is steps , in order to insert Steps what we will do? we will delete the extra line that we made okay? So the extra line that we made has been deleted. now what we will do is we will offset it and how much offset do we need to do is 10 inches ,okay, here we take how many steps? one, two, three so will do one , two and a bit down the third step and then we will connect it from here to here , again we have to take a line and one more time we can take line as this is also stair. So what we will do is here we will match the property , we will do Match property, which one? this one. and we will match this property, okay, so all these stairs have been prepared in one layer.
Now I want to show you that if I off the wall then only doors, windows, stairs these all things would be visible okay? If I off doors and windows layer, then all these things will be deleted, okay, then if I turn off the Chhajja, that is sunshades so the sunshades will be deleted, okay. if I off the text then the text will be deleted, so this is an advantage when we prepare any drawing or layout with layer.
So in today's video, we learned that for any drawing that means for any type of drawing how to make a plan of the part of the drawing what all commands can we use and while making any drawing if we insert layers then that drawing can be inserted nicely.
So, I hope that you all will practice this, and While you do this practice, If you have any queries or comments, click the discussion button below the video and post there. This way, you will be able to connect to fellow learners and discuss the course. Also, Our Team will try to solve your query.
In the next video, we will learn the plan that we made, and the elevation of that plan, okay. Now what we did is the top view of the plan if we view from the top of the plan or any building or bungalow or residential project then how it is visible. now what we will do is if we view the same building from the front then as an elevation how will it appear and in AutoCAD, how can we prepare it.
