FAQs

If you have multiple mailboxes you'd like to manage in one place, then a Mail Client is best for you. If you always access your mailbox from different computers, then using Webmail is more advantageous than setting up your account in multiple mail clients across multiple devices.

Webmail (also known as web-based email) is an email service that can be accessed through a web browser. The ability to send and receive email from a web browser, as with any web application, is webmail's fundamental advantage over using a desktop email client.

One of the biggest benefits is that a client just receives the email content (through POP3 or IMAP), so even if your messages are scanned when they arrive at your email provider, you won't see any data-driven adverts. It's not only about privacy; utilising an email client can also save you time.

You may still access all of your information (previously sent emails, draughts, other folders, etc.) via webmail from any computer with a browser and an internet connection. No configuration or additional software is required, just an Internet browser. There's no need to be concerned about data loss if your computer fails or if it's stolen.

The many benefits of using a webmail application are numerous. By using these applications, you can stay organized and avoid spam by forwarding your email to a different account. They also allow you to access your email from any device without downloading an app or installing any software.
