I have told you as of now we will only do designing after that when we have to give it for printing and for that how to ready the file i will teach you. How is it done for printing?
We will see the content of the second page. How is it?
Second page content is “About us”
And below that is Managing IT services, Controlling IT costs, Improve IT security for which we have created normal posts with icons.
That's the same we will take. So we will focus on this.
First will be “About US”
For about i have taken some data, images like this.
We will take this image as of now.
How does Edutech work?
We will take a small photo and by clicking right we will do a powerclip.
I have done powerclip.
And here I will draw some patch like this.
Here we don't need a logo. Don't use logos everytime on each page it will be good.
I want its color to be green.
We can use green, otherwise we can use dark coffee as well.
We will smooth the green color as it is disturbing a line very much.
It is a bit smooth now.
It will be good if you will use the same font.
Things will be symmetrical. Here I will try to take roboto bold or roboto medium.
Roboto bold. And I will do this on “about us”.
Normally we will take white color.
And I will keep it at 25. We don't have to keep big fonts.
Font size always matters a lot.
You always have to select font size after thinking thoroughly.
After that i will copy the below mentioned information and paste it directly here but the problem will be that it will go straight till where we don't know.
And we will have to take it down by pressing enter.
So it will be good if we draw a text box here and inside that we will paste our information.
So this is done.
First for a little while I will “left- align” this.
It has appeared here exactly as it was in my ppt.
We will see in ppt for once.
So i have corrected this in ppt and here as well..
So for this also for now we will give it a white color and its size is too big as of now.
We will make the font size 12.
Font size. We will do it thin or roboto LT. LT is great.
It's looking good.
As you can see it is looking good as well as readable.
We don't have to take very bold fonts and always take normal fonts.
Here you can see there are some gaps. We have to fill it.
I will show you how.
You have to” full justify” it otherwise “force justify” it.
If you click on force justify you can see a text “ operated by a limited group of IT users”.
Better we will “fully justify” it.
It will look better and you can left align these both. CTRL+G.
Means group it.
Group and c means it is perfectly aligned. Ok.
So our “about us” page is managed nicely.
Second thing, this image is also centralized.
We will take it here like this.
We will make it a little bit bigger.
Here you can see a line. ok
This cut here. You can see we only have this much image.
We don't have anything here.
This is not our mistake but to hide this we will create a small line. Like this.
I will powerclip that line. And I will right and top align it with the image.
I will give this line a coffee color and will increase its width.
I have made its stroke a bit thick.
You can see how it is fulfilled. It is also good in the view of visual balancing.
And below will come IT cost and everything.
We will see content for once.
Managing IT services, Controlling IT costs and improving IT security.
These three things we already have here.
We will copy this and paste it. Paste here.
Same to same alignment.
We can do it in three ways.
We have copy paste it here but you always have to use your brain.
The spacing you got here is a little bit different from here.
We got spacing like this here so we will manage it in this way.
Here we got spacing differently.
First thing, our font size will be 14.
We will keep the same font size here but we will try to set it like this.
This is big enough.
This too and this too.
This will come under this.
Managing IT services. Something like this and central alignment.
B means bottom alignment.
To improve IT security we will centre align this also.
After that comes controlling IT costs. This will come.
Centre align. You can see three of them are perfectly managed here according to our spacing.
Now we will bottom align the font. Ok.
This is bottom aligned. We will bottom align the icons as well.
So all the three are now the same.
Ok. Now we will group them individually.
First these two, then these two and then these two.
Now we will manage the spacing with SHIFT +P for three of them.
You can see the spacing between the three of them is very proper now.
Now we can left align this. So like this our second page is also complete.
If you want you can give it more finishing.
You can take this here. Like this. “About us “ like this.
And icons will be more inside.
And here to give it a title I would like to give here a line so that it looks like this about us a little.
Little bit thin. Ok. about us.
Three of them are here. You can see how we have managed our data.
We have perfectly arranged it.
So this arrangement is your creativity.
How you arrange it.
The first page how we arranged it and the second page how we arranged that.
Tools you will learn by practicing but arrangement you will have to understand.
How you visualize or imagine it.
So this is the thing which is important.
So to set this you will need some practice and some experience.
But gradually by practicing you will learn it.
So these things are done.
Our two pages are completed.
We will see the 3rd page in the next video.
The bi-fold brochure, also known as the half-fold brochure or single-fold brochure, is folded in half. The designer now has four pages to work with, one of which is a cover page. A bi-fold brochure's usual size is 8.5" x 11".
25" printer margin and a . 25" safe zone between panels. The . 25" safe zone between panels is to make sure that no important content like text gets folded through.
Select File > New from within CorelDRAW. Set the Size to A4 and give the document a name, such as 'Fold-Out Brochure.' Select the Landscape orientation icon to the right of the Height text box.
Way off teaching is best nd it's very useful for me but i tried to learn nd load next topic in Corel Draw Course.. but there is some technical issues thats waste my tym...
