Friends, photoshop we can add different types of effects as you can see on the screen, i have added an effect in this image, like a wallpaper in our house on the walls, it's a effect similar to that.
Now, i will teach you how i added this effect,

Now, I will teach how to add an effect using a filter effect.
Lets go ahead,
We can add the effect from filter gallery,
Now, how is it done?
Go in filter menu, here it is given filter gallery,
Open, this from here,
A whole box will open,
See this is a effect called mosiac tiles. which we have added here.
Let's zoom out it, see effect is already added here,
How did I add this?
So, here are different libraries given,
Opened last library from here, which will be called texture,
In texture, effect is given called mosiac tiles ,
We have added the effect using mosiac tiles.

You can increase or decrease the size of mosiac tiles from here.
Can increase or decrease the width, can increase its light or darken it in this way.
If you want to give a wallpaper type of an effect,like this, then other than mosiac tiles, here are different effects given. We can use any of these.
As here is one more effect, grain.
See such type of dots occur on the image, different types of effects are given
And from here itself, you can make changes or do editing directly,
You just have to click on the effect and as you will click on the effect, the effect will be applied on the image and

If you want to highlight any portion in the image, then you can use this type of effect,
