Exact match - 0/FALSE looks for the first column's exact value. =VLOOKUP is an example ("Smith",A1:B100,2,FALSE).
In Excel, build an IF formula that compares the first two cells to compare two columns row by row.
The end outcome may resemble this:
=IF(EXACT(A2, B2), "Match", "")
=IF(AND(A2=B2, A2=C2), "Full match", "")
When set to 0, the match type parameter returns an exact match, whilst the other two types of values allow for an approximate match.
