Ctrl + F3 - Displays a dialog box that enables you to search for a specific text string. You can also use the up and down arrow keys to select the search criteria.
Ctrl + F5 - Refreshes the active window.
Alt + Tab - Switches between open windows.
Ctrl + Shift + Tab - Switches between open workbooks in an Excel workbook window.
Ctrl + PgUp or Ctrl+ PgDn - Moves one screen to the left or right, respectively, in a worksheet.
F2- Displays a cell's contents in edit mode so that you can change it, or enter new data into it.
There are many shortcuts in Microsoft Excel that you can use to speed up your work. Here is a list of the most common ones:
Ctrl+C – Copy the current cell contents
Ctrl+V – Paste the copied content into the current cell
Ctrl+Z – Undo the last action
Ctrl+Y – Redo last undone action
F2 – Edit the active cell's contents
