Choose the row beneath the one where you want the page to break. Choose the column to the right of the one where the page should be broken. Click Breaks, then Insert Page Break, on the Layout tab, under Page Setup.
Select the column to the right of where you want the split below the row where you want it.
Click Split in the Window group on the View tab. Click Divided once again to remove the split panels.
After that, go to View > Window > Split. Simply click the Divide button one more to undo the split. A worksheet can also be divided into columns. Use the Split command on the column to the right of the one where you want the split to go.
