Place the mouse pointer over the cell's bottom right-hand corner until a black + symbol appears. Drag the + symbol over the cells you wish to fill by clicking and holding the left mouse button. Using the AutoFill tool, the series is automatically filled in for you.
Enter the example data you'd want to get.
Select the cells you want to fill as well as the cells that contain the examples.
In the Data Tools area of the Data tab, press the Flash Fill command.
The Flash Fill results do not automatically update. Flash Fill produces static effects, unlike formulas. Any changes you make to the original data won't show up in the Flash Fill results.
