The Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) is a feature of Microsoft Office that contains a set of predefined or frequently used commands that can be used and generated in any scenario. The QAT appears in the upper left-hand corner of an Office application by default, and it can be shown above or below the ribbon.
The Quick Access Toolbar is located at the top of the Excel window, and it’s usually on by default. If it’s not on, you can turn it on by going to File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar.
The Quick Start toolbar is a convenient one-stop shop for basic commands and tools. On the Quick Start toolbar, for example, you'll find commands to start new scenes/drawings, open, save, undo/redo, and use the TriBall.
Click or press "Show below the Ribbon" using the down menu arrow on the toolbar. You can also access the "Show Quick Access Toolbar below the Ribbon" option by right-clicking or pressing and holding any button on the ribbon or toolbar.
