Type a new path for the file you wish to use as the link's source in the Change Links To box.
Repeat steps 2 through 4 if any other link adjustments are required.
Select OK.
Simply put, while using a shared workbook, adding and changing hyperlinks is not permitted. The simplest solution is to put the links in separate cells as text and then reference those cells with the HYPERLINK formula.
Select the Data tab.
Select Edit Links from the Connections group. It opens the Edit Links dialogue box, which displays a list of all the referenced workbooks.
To convert all related cells to values, click Break Links.
Press Ctrl + K to open the Edit Hyperlink window, or right-click a hyperlink and select Edit hyperlink.... Select the URL in the Address area and click Ctrl + C to copy it. To close the Edit Hyperlink dialogue box, press Esc or click OK.
