Indian enterprises that have excelled in international trade and contributed significantly to the country's foreign exchange revenues are known as export house certificate or export status holders. All exporters of goods, services, and technology who have an import-export code are granted export house status (IE Code).
A star export house is an Indian exporter that has succeeded in foreign trade and reached a specified level of export performance in two of the last three financial years.
Their total yearly turnover for the preceding three financial years, as well as this year, was 1.5 million dollars. The one-star Export House level requires a minimum turnover of $3 million dollars.
You can become a Star Export House if you have risen to the top of your industry and have a successful track record in international trade. You must have also contributed significantly to India's overseas trade.
Merchant exporters, Manufacturer exporters, Service exporters, Project exporters, and Deemed exporters are among the several types of exporters. A "merchant exporter" is someone who engages in trading and exports or plans to export goods.
