Pre-shipment / Packing Credit is a loan or advance given to an exporter to fund the purchase, processing, manufacture, or packing of products prior to shipping.
Pre-shipment financing is credit given to exporters prior to the shipment of products in order to complete the export order. Finance Following Shipment Post-shipment finance is credit given to exporters after their goods have been shipped to cover their working capital needs.
Pre-shipment finance refers to the financial assistance offered to an exporter from the time the order is received until the goods are shipped. It can be either fund-based or non-fund-based.

Advances Against Duty Reductions
