The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry is an Indian non-profit trade association and lobbying group. On the suggestion of Mahatma Gandhi, Indian businessmen Mr. G.D. Birla and Purshottamdas Thakurdas founded the company in 1927.

FICCI produces publications, in-depth research papers, surveys, and analyses for the global economy in all sectors. The organisation hosts about 300 conferences and summits each year and is one of the top trade show and exhibition organisers. The company was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in India.

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the premier organisation of Indian capitalists, suggested a significant need for national planning in 1934.

The Indian Chamber of Commerce, or ICC, is the primary commercial and industry organisation in Eastern and North-Eastern India. The Chamber's membership includes several of the country's top corporate organisations, with activities across the country and beyond.
