Now, let’s discuss another most important or very important point which is “Understanding festive season offers”.

Yes, understanding the festive season.

Look friends, India is a country with various festive seasons. Have you ever, thought of attracting your customers by providing any particular festive season offers? If not, then trust me you should start doing this, through e-commerce marketing during the festive seasons.

You might have noticed that the sales of e-commerce are at their peak during the festive seasons.

I wonder if you have noticed this, but Flipkart and amazon are most active in the market, especially during major festivals like Diwali, Holi etcetera.

And guys, the scenario of providing the festive season offers is a win-win scenario. Yes. Wonder how? Well, friends, people purchase a lot of things during festivals due to which you have the flexibility to increase or lower your price. Suppose, in normal season, you used to sell 10 products, but in festive season you can sell 100 products. Isn’t that a win-win situation for you?

Here we will explore the festive offers of amazon and Flipkart for an example.

During the festive offers, amazon and Flipkart have managed to generate a revenue of 2.7 billion dollars, and that too just in 4 days. (Shocking, right?)

They earn billions of dollars in the first 4 days of the festive sales itself.

The major sales of amazon is generated during the “great Indian festival” while Flipkart generates maximum sales during “the big billion days” sale. Then you might have seen other offers like the end-of-season sale or end-of-the-year sale. So, they will generate this kind of gimmick and send you various offers to attract the user. Therefore, when a user is attracted by your offers, your demand is fulfilled. Plus, the supply of amazon and Flipkart is also fulfilled.

Demand and supply both are fulfilled due to which amazon and Flipkart’s sales are booming.

Let me tell you one thing. You can also grab customers by playing smartly and through different kinds of offers.

First of all, you have to understand which offers are running the most in the market?  Then you have to come up with an offer to beat all the other offers in the market. And if your offer is good enough to not get ignored, then I guarantee that customers will come running to you. Yes, offers. The offers should be appealing. If you understand and provide the offers smartly in your business and across the e-commerce industry, and if you understand its importance well enough, then and only then friends, you will be able to know that you can add one more phase in the advertisement. You can provide a festive season offer and display that this is a very limited offer and you can be fortunate enough to grab this offer.

You can also say that this offer is valid for today only, so buy it today. Or give an offer that is within a time limit. What will happen by doing so? Trust me, people will get curious to buy your product and they will also share the offer with more people. I am sure many people will be attracted to this kind of offer and they will end up purchasing your product. Hence the win-win situation in festive seasons. (Understood?)
