Well, friends, now we have to fill up all these details. So, one by one I am going to fill up all these details so that you can get practical knowledge.
I have already maintained all these details in a folder/file. So let me show you that file.
Well, friends, you have to maintain a notepad like this in which all the details like the title, description, features and what is the cost, what is the variation of the product, all these need to be maintained. So, I am just going to copy from here and paste it into that form. (4 seconds)

So, I have entered the title and, for the brand name, as there is no brand now, I am clicking here on “this product does not have a brand name” which will lead directly to generic.
Then who is the “manufacturer?” So, I have to insert the details of the manufacturer. So, friends, the manufacturer is, ‘Printman Industries’. As you can see, I have inserted the manufacturer’s details.
Then the “number of items” we are selling. So, this is 1 item.
Then what is the “color”? So, “Metal”.
Then what is “Included components?” So, “Metal” again.
What is the “material type?” So again, it is “Metal”. Because we are dealing in dye cutting.
Now it will ask “item type name”. So, whatever you feel like a relevant answer, please select that. For now, I am selecting “others”.
Then, what is the “size?” So, I have selected the “medium” size.
Then, what is the “contact of the manufacturer?” So, in manufacturer contact, you have to write details such as address.
So, friends, you have to fill up like this. And we have to insert more information here. You have to mention “product dimension”, friends. And also mention what kind of dimension it is.
Then, you have to mention “unit count” as well. Then, the kind of “unit count type”. Well, for now, I have filled up all this information.
Also, as you can see on the right-hand side, “more attributes” is shown. What are these more attributes. As I click on it, on the right-hand side, you can also see Images, Descriptions, keywords, and also many more details that you can insert into your product catalogue. (Are you getting it?)
After filling in all this information, you can see one more type, that is “Vital Info”. We have pressed enter, and there is one more thing, which is “Variations”, that we are learning here. okay.
What is Variation? Consider that there are many variations in your products. Suppose your product has variations.
There are products, among them one is in a different color, another is different in size, similarly the next one is has different height and some other has a different type, for example, I have worn this T-shirt. This T-shirt might be Medium, Small, or extra-large in size.
So, if there are different variations in your products then you have to maintain those product variations, why? Because in Amazon or any other platform if a customer tries to buy it, then instead of listing 10 products, you can list 1 product with variations and it will lead to easy selling of the products.
So, inserting Variations is very good for the selling of the products. so do add as many variations as you can so that variation can be seen in the listing and is made available.
Right now, the variation that we have is “Display Height” and I am clicking on it friends, I am letting you know how to enter variations…
Now, as soon as you click on it, you can see one more tab is opened. “List of all variations for the variation type below”. So, I have entered Display height here and I have to mention the same, one by one. ( 9 seconds )

So, friends, I have shown you all the variations on this screen that are available for our products.
And after you add all the variations, you have to click on “Add Variations”. As you enter the variations in Add Variations, scrolling down, you can see all the variations in a table format, in which, what is the item condition? What is the item price? What is the quantity? You can see it in the red line and you have to enter it manually.
I am going to enter it manually in front of you. (15 second pause)
So, look, friends, all this data has been filled by me, where I have filled the item condition, then price and quantity of the product. (Got it?)
Now, let’s move on to the next tab which is “Offer”. As you open the “Offer” tab friends, then you have to mention all the offer-related things here.
Let’s have a look at it.
So how much is the “handling time?” “This is the time in which you will be able to ship the product after you get an order”.
So, after receiving the order, how much time will it take to ship the product.
Then, what is a “Restock Date?” So, if the stock is empty then after that how much time will you take to Restock? That date you have to mention here.
Then, if someone wants to gift wrap, will you do a gift wrap for them? You have to select it here. As it is a commercial product, we cannot gift wrap it.
Then, “Can Be gift messaged”. So, we are going to select “No”. I am doing this in front of you practically, as I wanted to give you practical exposure. Okay.
Then what is “Product Tax Code”, all this is already available.
Then there is an important thing which is the “HSN Code”. Yes, that is “HSN code”.
What is the HSN code? All the information regarding it can be obtained from google. This is a 6-digit code for every product, which is mentioned as the world standard.
So, you have to find your “HSN code” for your products. We already have that code with us. It’s a 6-to-7-digit code, friends. It’s a number for tax, tax identification number, you have to provide this, friend, as it comes through some terms and conditions.
Then you have to show what your “shipping template”. As you can see “Migrated Template” which is the standard option. Therefore, we have used “Migrated Template” as it is by default.
Then you have to fix the “Offer Start and End date”. So, I am writing the Offer Start and End date here… So, you have to mention Offer Start and End date, all you have to mention here. Any offer that you want to give right now to the customers.
For our product, like I am working for this client, but they do not have any offers. If you have any offers available, like you want to give discount on T-shirts or discounts on any products, like there is a Diwali offer, Holi offer, XYZ offer please mention all that here.
Then, how much should be the “Maximum Retail Price?” So, I am inserting the MRP.
Then we would have to mention the “Country of Origin”, which means, to which country it is affiliated.
Then you have to show, are you going to handle the shipment by yourself. So, yes, we are going to handle the shipment by ourselves.
So, as soon as you enter all these details, all the errors are eliminated. “Vital Info, Variations and Offer”.
Now the details that you are going to enter after this are some extra details and are optional.
And I want to let you know that this is very important in search history. If you want to be ahead in this competitive market, then these details are very important.
As you can see there are no red marks here, but I am going to show you the details that you have to mention. Okay.
Friends, all these details are optional, so if you feel that these details are available with you, then enter them. Like There are images, we don’t have compliance available with us. It is not valid in our product. So, I am going into images, this is the front phase for you.
It’s very important to provide images of your products. Please try to give at least 3 images. 3 images are always good. But, the more the merrier.

Well, friends, you have to enter the comfortable images that you have and upload them. As I have uploaded 4 main images here. Then, as you scroll down, you can see “Save and Finish”, so you can save and finish from here or you can enter a description and save & finish. It’s totally up to you. (Clear, so far)
So, I am going into the description, so I can enter more descriptions of these products. (25 seconds pause)
So, look, friends, as you can see, I have entered the product description and if you want to enter the Legal Disclaimer then you can insert it here.
I am moving towards the “keywords” tab. So, you will see here, what is the “search term?” What are “other attributes?” And what might be the “subject matter?” Then, “Used for 1”.
You have to enter keywords that are going to come in the search term. So, I am entering “Dye-cutting”, which is our main keyword.
Then, as you go into more details, you have to enter more details such as “launch date, release date, finish good, what is the pattern type?” There are many other things.
Well, for now, I am clicking on Save & Finish. Because all products have different needs of description. For Die cutting, the information that I have entered is valid.
Therefore, I am clicking on Save & Finish, friends…
Well, as soon as you click on “Save & Finish”, you will get a notification labeling as ‘The changes that you made will take 15 minutes to display.
So, now, we have updated the offers and variations. yes We learned practically how to do changes in offers and variations manually. We learned everything practically. Okay.
And finally, yes! We did it. which means we have entered offers and variations, manually entered product information, which will take 15 minutes.
