In the previous lecture, we learned “how to create a Facebook business page” which was very simple.
After creating a Facebook business page, now we have to work on important elements. There are too many important elements. We will work on that.

I will show you practically how you will work on those important elements to grow your reach on facebook business page.
Let's come back to our computer screen.
Here you have to go on pages.
Our page name is “cloud kitchen by MD”.
This is a random name which I picked, only for learning purposes. I also copied this cover photo from somewhere else.
You can create your own cover photo. If you want to learn how to create a cover photo, then I covered the same in the SEO lecture, where I taught you how to create a cover photo on canva.
That is a very simple step. you can learn easily. It is not a big deal.
Here you need a profile picture and one cover photo.
Now we talk about how you optimize that.
You can see here, five steps have been completed out of 15. We've only covered 5 steps, still 10 steps are pending.
First of all you will find here, “create user name”...
You can write your username here and you have to check whether it is available or not. Sometimes it may not be available.
This username is available. I'm keeping a random username that is “cloudkitchenby” that's it.
You can keep any username but I will recommend you to use the same username which you used on Instagram.
Keep the username the same on Twitter, Instagram. LinkedIn. So you have to try that, your username should be the same on every social media platform.
it will give you benefits on ranking as well.
Let's come back to 15 steps, which you can see here. We have already covered these steps. The remaining steps are shown below. here it is asking for a website, currently we don't have any website hence I will skip it.
I will keep any random location here.(8 seconds gap) Let's say if you don't have a business address, then you can simply skip it. if you have then you can keep it, there is no issue.
I have shown you how you can update your address.
You can also update your business hours. I'm always open. It is open for 24 hour.

You can select these options, like dine in. I am keeping five for the delivery area in kilometers.
In the minimum order, I'm keeping ₹100…

Let's say for example I uploaded a menu photo here.
You can also see how it will look on mobile.
You can boost it as well.
boost means if you want to show your ad to many people and run your ad in a particular location.
But I will recommend you not to give boost. Boost is not a correct option. In the upcoming lecture, I will tell you what the difference between boost and ads manager is.
You always have to use an ads manager only.
Let me tell you why. Boost option is for those who are not very pro on Facebook.
Those who are new to Facebook and don't know very much about it, the people with business have no use of this.

You can see your menu here. You can download it and you can put it in front of your cloud kitchen.
You can put on your tables as well. So directly people can see your menu.
You will also get insights and analytics. You will see how many people are coming and how many times they are watching this.

There are lots of options there. You can select those options from the menu. you have to select your timings, website etc. We have updated lots of things here.
You have to do the same by creating a business page and updating everything.
You can see here, earlier it was five steps completed and now it is 10 steps completed.
Here it is asking for a phone number, but I don't want to show them the phone number.
If you have a business phone number then you can show it here. it will be better for you.
You can invite your friends from here if you want then. You can invite them later on as well.
I'm not giving QR codes as well.
I almost completed 14 steps here.
You have to do the same for your business.
You have to invite your friends here, so that you will get maximum likes. The moment I click on invite, the notification will be reflected in my friend's phone and he will like my page.
Now what is this news feed? You will see business related feeds here. You can see from your personal account differently.
You will notice one thing here, all the news feeds you are getting here are related to foods only.
Facebook already knows that your business is related to food. That's why they are showing only food related ads here; mostly you will find Cloud kitchen only.
You can follow them as well, so that you can connect with them. Now it will improve the chances of getting messages in your inbox.
I explained to you how these elements work.
let's say here it is a podcast. You can keep your podcast here. Let's say you upload audio related to your business.
In the business application option, you will find mostly business related apps. like here you can see appointment related apps. By connecting them you can get a direct appointment on Facebook.
Here you will find another option, that is resources and tools.
As I mentioned before, you will find mostly business resources or articles here.
You can see that. but that is not that useful for us.
In the notification option, you will get all the notifications related to likes and messages.
Another option is insights. Which is very much helpful for our business.
In insight, you will find whole analytics here.
For example, here is the option, “action on page”, you will see all the actions taken by different people related to our business page. We have created our account recently so you won't be able to see it right now.
You can see all the page views here. you can see page likes, post reach, recommendations, post engagement, videos, all the insights on upload…
You can see full analytics here.
You can see their pages here. “watch more” You can see analytics on your competitors page. They provide mostly approximate figures.
what will happen here, i will know the reach in last week of my competitor.
These are not 100% genuine accurate.
As I mentioned here, elements are very much important for us.
If we go to the reach option, you can see here the range of your business reach how much it is improved..
In the Page view option, you will be able to see how many views you are getting on your page.
So here you will get whole analytics related to your page.
Let's say you go to the “creators studio”.
Creator studio is altogether a new topic, we will discuss that later on.
You can see here, in the creators studio, you can schedule in advance.
What happens here, let's say right now time is 7.41 and if I post right now then it will be posted on my page but let's say I have to post in tomorrow morning, then you can schedule that timing here.
Suppose you have created 30 images for 30 days, then you can schedule your timing for those 30 images here. In upcoming lectures we will learn about that.
That is a very important element for us.
Another option is “product tagged photos”.
Let's say we explore here. By clicking on create post, you can tag your product here. It will help to increase our engagement.
Let's say I keep an image here. You can create your product image, album, photos here.

In videos, you can see whole insights here.
You will find stories, messages and orders here as well.
