Firstly you have to understand your buyer, which we already understood.
Second step is “what are they searching for?” it means that, what your buyer is looking for.
Just to give an example, I am starting a business related to mobile accessories, where I am selling I-phone related accessories.
So most people looking for I- Phone accessories, then you will get to know that they are looking for IPhone back cover, Earphone, adapter accessories. So I have to work on trending accessories for iPhones.
Second thing, I have to look at what my buyer is searching for.
Suppose I'm providing online coaching services, so I have to research what kind of coaching services they need in my location.
I have a knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, digital marketing, B com, MBA.
So I have this kind of knowledge in different areas.
so while opening my coaching services, first of all I will evaluate what kind of need in my location.
Whether most people are looking for digital marketing, online coaching, offline coaching or suppose Bcom.
Let's say I am opening my institute near colleges, and there most college students will join my institute.
I have to look after what most people are searching for.
You may have to do keyword research. You have to search for SEO content.
Now, the third step is Influencers.
This is a very important step.
See when you work on content marketing, in current scenario influencer marketing is in a trend.
To make your business famous and reach many people, influencer marketing is very much important.
Let's say you started a business related to food. you will find lots of food bloggers in the market, who share their reviews on foods.
So you can meet this kind of person or contact them Because they have millions of subscribers. And if they do your promotion or they recommend people to try your food, then you may get lots of customers.
So you should tie up with this kind of influencers, they will share positive reviews of your business and also create content for your business, so that their followers will come to your place.
Like this you have to tie up with influencers.
After completion of these three steps, the next step is “listen”.
listen includes “set alerts”, “use tools” e.g. mention, ask consumers.
Suppose you are producing your content and uploading the same, but you have to take review simultaneously.
Suppose you are doing a food business, then you have to ask your customer for their review in regards to the special dish which you served to them. You may ask for suggestions as well.
You have to ask these things to more people and take their suggestions.
They will provide genuine reviews and you can update your brand accordingly.
The fifth one is “use tools”.
Here I am talking about, “Google keyword planner”. Google keyword planner is a tool.
Then, here is another tool, that is “Ubersuggest”. Ubersuggest tool will be mostly used for taking a content.
Another one is “mobile monkey”.
In the mobile monkey tool, you can keep your social media post automated. Your post will be posted automatically.
You have to find these kinds of tools.
You have to find out content marketing related tools. You can produce your content by using those tools.
Sixth step is “Test Everything”.
In this step, you have to test your social media branding, content marketing.
You have to test your headlines, whether engagement is increasing or not. If engagement is not increasing, then how can we make it constant?
If Engagement is decreasing, then you should look for why it is decreasing.
I started these six steps with you, which is related to content marketing.

This is a very important point here.
See, there is a myth between the people, they understood that content means only text.
But it is not like that, you will get lots of options for content.
First one is text. After that it is audio. Then it is video, creatives and Graphics.
You will find text from websites and you can post those texts on your Facebook.
After that comes audio, then I can produce content in regards to “what is digital marketing?”, what happens in digital marketing services?, what do we provide in Facebook marketing?,
I'm converting those parts into audio and I can upload them to a podcast as well. So that is also an important thing.
After that comes video. In video you already know that, I recorded a video and I will upload that recorded video on Facebook.
Nowadays, you can upload reels on Facebook as well.
Earlier it was 15 seconds reels, after that it comes to 30 seconds reels, then 45 Seconds.
So you can upload videos here.
The last options are creatives and graphics, which you already knew.
Like we make a creative post on Facebook. Like you have seen that festival post on Facebook. Most festival posts are creative. The next post is related to an infographic.
There, they show information with the help of graphics.
Here you can share your images, related to your business.
On Facebook you can post images, videos, audios, and texts.
Now you will say that, how you can post audios there.
When I showed you the Facebook business page, there was an option where you can link your podcasts.
Like if you have a podcast in Spotify or on anchor then you can connect to the anchor link directly on Facebook business page.
Audio based contents are the future.
That is very much famous but you can work on audio.
Sometimes people like to create videos on Facebook, but they want to hide their faces from there. Then what you can do, you can remove your face and only post audios there.
You have to post that audio only.
