Link Facebook Business Page with Instagram

In the previous lecture, we learned how you can create an Instagram account related to your business.

Today, we are going to learn about, after creating your Instagram account, how you will link your account with your Facebook business account.

If you recall your previous lectures, we had created a Facebook business account in those lectures.

Facebook business page and Instagram business account should be connected together.

Today we are going to learn that.

For that what you need to do!!

Let's say we will open Facebook first and after that you have to click on pages. Now you have to select that page, which you want to be connected with your Instagram account.

Here, we will select a cloud kitchen by MD, and after that, we will go in setting.

The moment you click on settings, you will find an Instagram option there.

You have to click on the Instagram option, and after that click on the connect account.

Here they are asking “allow access to Instagram messages in inbox”. They're simply asking that whatever messages you receive in your Instagram account, whether that should be shown in your Facebook Messenger or not.

In our work case, we want the same because we want all messages in one place.

Here you just need to log in your account. That is a switch account.

We have to enter a username, which we created during the creation of our Instagram account…

Here you need to type your password… (pause 3 sec)

Those options which we wanted, that is not showing here. They are showing only two options here because they are already connected with Facebook business pages.

But when you create, then that option will be there and you just need to connect with that option.

After connection, your Facebook business page will be linked with your Instagram account.

I repeat that again, let's say I connect an account here. I will get the option here. In my account center there are two accounts which I mentioned.

Let's understand this in more easy language.

You need to open your Instagram account, then you have to go to the account center in your Instagram account.

When you enter your account center, you will find something similar to this.

You will find an option there, for adding a Facebook business account.

When you click on add Facebook business, you'll find multiple options there. Now you have to select your Facebook business page which you want to connect to.

The moment we open the Instagram account we will find two options here. I connected the same and After that you have to enter your Facebook pin here.

So here, your account will be created.

I shared a very simple step with you.

When you create an Instagram account on their mobile, you have to click on my profile. After entering your profile, you have to click on settings.

After clicking on settings, you will find accounts center option.

After clicking on accounts center option, you will find an option to add a Facebook account with your Instagram account.

You can connect there directly. These are very simple steps. I shared everything with you.

First of all, we learned about how to make your Instagram account. After making an Instagram account, you have to open that Instagram account on your mobile phone. Then you have to go to settings there.

After entering the setting, you will find an account center there. After clicking on the account center, you will find an option to connect your Instagram account with your Facebook account. You can link your business page there. That is a very simple step.

What do you have to do here?

You have to provide complete company information. But there is a business description or business info, then you have to provide whole business information there.

This will help you to create your brand. And also make sure that you are keeping the same logo you kept on your Instagram account.

After that, “add a relevant CTA, or call to action button”

I opened my Facebook page. Let's go on pages. I clicked on my business page.

As you can see here, I kept my name in a very good manner here.

Here it is, edit and send a message. When I click here, I receive a messenger option.

Here we need to represent our call to action option in a better manner.

If you're writing your CTA in a better manner, then your customer can contact you easily.

You can go on edit page info, and there you can enter your business name, username, description, categories, mobile number, WhatsApp mobile number, you can also add your email ID, website, location, your service areas along with all of these, you can keep your privacy policy and other additional information.

You have to update all of these in your business account.

If you update all of this in a good manner then only you can optimize your Facebook business account.

After that, it is “pin important post to the top of your page”

On Facebook, you can keep your important posts on top of your page.

You can add on top information on the first page of your business page.

If any new person visits your page, then they can directly connect with you.

“create a company milestone timeline on your page”

You have to create a timeline on your page. Those milestones which are related to your business, You have to enter that on your page. You have to provide a proper description to them as well.

You also have to make sure that a good bio should be on your Instagram page. Your username should also be there. In the same way, you have to keep username and bio on Facebook business page as well.

So, similar information will be available everywhere.

You have to update, mission, vision, and goal everywhere. So that if any new person comes on our profile, they can read everything and get to know about our business.
