In the previous topic we have understood about Facebook ads library and lead magnet.
We understood about lead and lead magnet both.
Today we are going to learn about custom audiences.
And how many types of custom audiences are there?
First of all we will understand what is a custom audience?
“A custom audience is an ad targeting option that lets you find your existing audiences among people who are on Facebook.”
Means that you have a certain list of details in which there is name and mobile number.
You have an existing email id and name.
You can see the customer list here.
As soon as you enter the customer list, from there you can run an ad from there.
Going forward you will see that when we will run ads from the ads library there you will get an option of custom audience.
By using that the moment you will upload you can run your ad easily.
“You can use sources such as customer lists, website or app traffic or engagement on Facebook to create custom audiences of people who already know your business.”
Means the leads and customer list you have in your business you can directly upload it there.
How many types of custom audiences are there?
Here you can see custom audiences come through various types of sources. Like from website, app, customer list, offline activity.
There isn’t much use of this tool.
The option we will see in the ads library going forward will be very useful to you.
Meaning of custom audience here is that you are creating a custom audience.
After creating a custom audience, you are uploading it.
People are knowing from there.
You are showing ads to that audience.
This had a very simple meaning.
Now we will understand the lookalike audience.
“A lookalike audience is a way your ads reach new people who are likely to be interested in your business because they share similar characteristics.”
So here suppose you have data.
That database which you are uploading, with that database if there is a similar audience which matches and it is showing as audience so that will be called as lookalike audience.
Like, we had a custom audience, we upload that list and ask Facebook to target the same audience so that is known as lookalike audience.
Mostly it is not that much used.
After 6-9 months when you will be running many ads at that time you will find it useful.
Because at that time only you will have a list.
If you have any queries or comments, click the discussion button below the video and post there. This way, you will be able to connect to fellow learners and discuss the course. Also, Our Team will try to solve your query.
Till then, thank you so much guys.
Here our Facebook marketing course from beginner to advance is completed.
Lastly we have completed an ads manager.
Because that is the main part.
So thank you so much guys.
We will meet in the next video.
A lookalike audience is a means for your adverts to reach new people who are likely to be interested in your company because they share similar traits as your current consumers. For its source audience, a lookalike audience leverages an existing Custom Audience you choose.
Navigate to Audiences.
Select Lookalike Audience from the Create Audience option.
Decide on your source.
Select the country or countries where you'd want to find people who are similar to you.
Using the slide, select the desired audience size.
Select the Create Audience option.
Because, whereas a custom audience is made up of your existing prospects, lookalike audiences allow you to reach out to people who have never heard of your company before but are very similar to your buyer profiles and present customer base.
Lookalike audiences are a Facebook segmentation tool that seeks people who have similar demographics and interests to your current followers. These are simple to build and apply, making them a highly effective marketing tool for quickly identifying high-converting individuals.
