How to link your Business with GST and Creator Studio ?

So in the previous topic we have learnt about facebook business manager and facebook ads manager.

Today we are going to talk about “link your business with GST”.

When you create an ads manager account at that time you can connect your business account with GST.

It says “Add your GST registration number to your facebook ad account”.

There is an option in the ad account, that you can add your GST number there.

If you add that and when you will run ads, you will benefit from GST.

Second point is “ payment settings in ads manager is where you can check your current business information and add your GST registration number”.

Here it means that, when we created facebook business manager we have also learnt about ads manager previously, in that ads manager you can see all of the business details.

There by going in business manager then to ads manager you can fill GST information.

As i have told you, how it will be beneficial, it can help you in return as well.

To add your GST to your ad account, you have to be the admin of the ad account.

Of course.

If you are doing this for your business, then you will be the admin.

Because you are the owner otherwise if you are handling someone else’s work.

Let’s say, if you have taken an account and you are handling the ad account page, you are running ads or you are promoting it or you are posting something at that time it is important for you to be an admin because you want to add GST number.

Only admins can do this.

It isn’t that difficult.

If you are an agency or you are a freelancer or you work for someone’s facebook then you have to tell them to make you admin, if you become an admin you will get all the rights.

Next is, confirm in your payment settings that your ad account’s business country is set to India, if it isn’t, first change your business country to India.

Many times what happens, when you create a business manager account then it selects the US country automatically.

So at that time we can not add GST information.

Because GST is for India only. So what will you do?

You have to go to the country section and change the country.

Last point is that “Make sure that your GST number matches with what’s in your business registration document. It looks like the following example.

So by going to this link, “facebook dot com business, help, type exactly this number” when you type this link and when it will be opened, you will be on facebook account ads manager, like I have shown you practically.

Now, I will show you in the ads manager/business manager how you can add funds in the ads manager.

If you click on add funds then you will get an option.

As here 200 rs is given. So you can do that with a debit card,up i,Paytm,or net banking…

Here I have selected the prepaid method.

If you want to use a credit card then you can do that, but i will recommend you to not add your credit card.

When we add our credit card details here it is automatically connected.

Going ahead we will learn that there are two methods one is automated and other one manual.

It is known as the delivery method.

In Delivery method what generally happens is that you make payment.

Ok.

When you select an automated option then facebook has rights to run your ad on their own because you have given them rights.

Ok.

And as your credit card is attached,chances of deduction are also increased.

I am not saying that it will be deducted but still i will recommend you to follow this method.

By going to ads funds you can do payment via UPI,PAYTM and net banking.

Many times payment gets failed as well then you can go in contact support and ask them your questions and if you have followed the steps rightly you will get your refund.

You can select any method in payment methods.

I will select and click on UPI.

I will click on 200 and as soon as I click on UPI then I can make the payment. This is a very easy method which I have told you about.

So in GST we have seen all these things…

Now we will talk about the creator studio.

Creator studio is my favorite one.

And I will tell you why it is so famous nowadays.

Now, we will see what you have to do to go to the creator studio.

You have to write “facebook dot com slash creator studio”. (read slow, typing)

As soon as you click on it you will get plenty of options…

See this is the new thing here,”discover all kinds of popular content” ok, see this is a very nice feature, it's been a very short time since facebook has this feature.

Ok. Let me tell you what a creator studio is.

Creator studio’s main function is that you can post something in advance.

Let’s say today’s date is 1st and you want to post anything on 7th then the creator studio will schedule it.

It is that easy and when you click on ‘create new’ and then ‘create post’.

In, ‘create post’, I will click on cloud kitchen.

Then I can write here. “Test post”

I can select the image. Suppose I will select this image.

Now you can schedule it as well like today is 17th November and i will schedule it for 25th November. And i will select the time as 9.30 AM.

And after clicking on the schedule it will be scheduled.

Mainly creator studio is used for this and along with that you can also see the new post from the other accounts here.

Then you can see notification form here as well, you can see the notifications and take an overview of your linked accounts from here.

Like I will click on “go to overview” for a business page.

I can see an overview of the business page account form here.

Ok. Like the cloud kitchen, I want to see an overview of the cloud kitchen.

Cloud kitchen by MD. Which we have learnt.

Here it is showing a policy issue and I am clicking on this. It is showing me the setup of online events and it is showing the option of Gujarat motors.

So for all my linked pages it is showing me options for page eligibility.

It isn’t that much useful for us because the creator studio you can use mostly for scheduling.

You can see how much organic reach and engagements you are getting from here.

I have told you about notification and file management.

In file management, like we go here and click on ‘your assets’.

I can click on ‘all clips’ or highlight videos.

As we can see no clip is showing up here.

Because we haven’t attached anything with this clip.

If through an account we attach anything here, then your favorites, posts,clip you can like them with file management and see.

That's all you can see here.

Then comes “pre-published”.

You can see your previous publication here.

As in this account there is nothing pre published.

So you won't be able to see.

Here if you have published anything or a post, you can see all of that here calendar vise..

It includes videos,live videos, photos, and stories.

In the content library, there is post, post testing.

‘Post testing just got more powerful’.

You can test here as well.

Like I will click on the start test, you can also upload videos and tests.

Let’s say you want to test whether your post will get posted or not.

I will go on image, it will be uploaded successfully. It is showing me the option, ok.

So these are all things for testing purposes.

As we will go below, you can see stories, videos you can crosspost, playlists,series, clips all of these I have shared with you.

And here comes the important point for us which is insight.

You can explore it on your own, it isn’t that tough.

As I have told you for which creator studio is mostly used, that if you want to schedule your post in advance.

It also shows you analytics here. Let’s say I have posted something, so it will give me analytics for that.

Like it is showing for 7 days, I will change it to this quarter.

It is showing me overall function. Like it was viewed for 318 minutes.

Like for all the videos posted from here got 318 minutes of views.

Means whatever we posted there people viewed for 300 minutes.

So our graph is up and down means, you can say it is a good number.

40 minutes of 1 minute video.

For a 1 minute video it is showing 40 views.

And for 3 seconds videos it is showing 1000.

Engagement is 51 people.

So here you can see engagement and minute views, you can see 1 minute video views, 3 seconds video views and engagement vise.

So you can see many options here.

From this many business accounts are linked, so it shows all posts, videos and everything is shown here.

As I will click here I can see that for this there are 234 minutes views.

What is the engagement, 3 seconds views and net followers.

So all of that analytics is showing me here.

Ok. By this you can judge and study your account.

So you can explore the whole analytics here, it will be very helpful for you.

Now I will go on loyalty…

So I can see the graph loyalty wise as well.

Like my net followers are 1.3k. Ok.

Like we have seen there completed views were 137 and here it is also showing 137.

And this result is from last quarter.

So you can explore these things here.

We will go to inbox, inbox if you receive any messages on Facebook or Instagram, you can see them here.

If I receive any messages on facebook you can see all of that here, if you are receiving any DM on Instagram you can see that from here as well.

What do you have to do?

Like, ‘Bake my day’ named page is linked with my Instagram. Ok.

So I don’t have to open Instagram to read the DM.

If i am using creator studio, then in creator studio you can see all of the notifications and messages, posts, insights like analytics, all of that is provided by the creator studio.

This is a one stop solution tool and it is free of cost.

As soon as I click on a post on facebook,from one place it will be scheduled for two places.

From the creator studio you can schedule on Instagram and facebook. Both are possible.

You can export all the data as well, as i clicked on export and as i will generate, so its data will be exported automatically….

So you can share all of that data with your client.

The data which you are seeing here you can share all of that with the client, because the client asks which improvements you brought in insights,how many likes and followers are increased, what are the comments, you can see all of that here.

As I click on the calendar, here whatever you schedule, here I haven’t scheduled anything so my calendar is blank and if you schedule something you can see it there.
