Whenever you go for an interview in any company you must know about Facebook marketing and digital marketing…

And first of all, the company in which you are going for an interview you must have good knowledge about that company.

Let’s say if you want to join a MNC company or you are entering into a pharmaceutical company, then what you have to do is, gather information about it.

Like in which projects the company is currently involved? Which things are going on the company's Facebook account, you have to audit all of that.

Then you have to see who the competitors are.

The more information you will have and the more information you will give the company about them and if you tell them that your company’s work is nice but my mission and vision for this company is different.

And where you can take this company with your work.

This is all you have to research.

You have to tell them that you have knowledge in Facebook marketing.

As of now the company is doing pretty well.

I want to apply my knowledge practically here.

By applying my knowledge I want to bring some improvements for the company.

As I have told you, you should have prior knowledge before the interview.

So here you should have knowledge about the company which is very important.

Then comes, company’s Facebook business page.

Ok.

So you have to study the company's Facebook business page and Instagram page thoroughly.

Ok. As much as you will have studied about the company you can tell them that I have done the audit about the company’s Facebook business page.

I have told you about a social media audit.

You have to audit other social media platforms as well.

Audit means you have to check their page to see if it is perfect or not.

It is made nicely or not.

It is regularly being updated or not.

Is there a Facebook cover photo or not?

They are putting proper hashtags or captions or not.

You have to study all of that nicely.

This was about a social media audit.

After that is competitors research.

The more you research competitors the more it will be beneficial for you.

So the company will think that he didn’t only study about us, he studied about our competitors as well.

After you tell them about the company, they can also ask you why you want to choose digital marketing as a career?

There are many other career options, why did you choose digital marketing?

You can answer that by saying that this sector is booming.

And I am a tech\social guy.

I like being tech and I like to be on social media.

Because you like it that’s why you are going in this career.

Then comes “love to spend time on social media.”

That I love to spend time on social media.

By spending time on it my skills are also developing.

By using those skills and applying them practically I want to make this company more profitable.

You also have to tell them that you like surfing. You like to surf a lot on the internet,Facebook and everywhere else.

You have to tell all of that.

You also have to tell them that you have some practical projects as well.

Like our course is completed, so you can do some freelancing as well in the starting.

You can take projects as well in 2 to 3 months.

Make Facebook pages.

I have given you some assignments and made pages on them.

Second question they can ask you is : what is Facebook marketing?

I don’t have to tell you much about this.

We have been discussing this for a long time.

Still, I will tell you.

“Facebook marketing is the practice of promoting a brand and maintaining its presence on Facebook.” Ok.

Maintaining its presence on Facebook means on Facebook you have to build the presence you have to promote the brand.

In Facebook marketing there are two things, one is organic and other one is paid.

What is organic?

Posting and interaction many things are organic.

Doing paid marketing, boosting and promoting all those things are in Facebook marketing.

What is the purpose of Facebook marketing?

Ok.

So what is the purpose?

What is the brand’s purpose regarding Facebook marketing?

Why am I doing this?

You can tell this as well.

You can also tell the purpose behind joining Facebook marketing when you go for an interview.

Why have you been doing this and how will you be helpful for our company?

So how would you answer this?

Reach audience.

I like to reach an audience as much as I can through Facebook marketing.

Then : to build an authentic relationship.

Authentic relationship means to bind a company with its customers.

That happens with Facebook marketing.

Then this purpose gets fulfilled.

3rd is loyalty.

You have to talk about loyalty. If we do campaigns related to our company, we can build loyalty with customers.

Deliver value.

How can you deliver value with Facebook marketing that all you have to tell them.

Then, how can businesses promote on Facebook?

Here you have to tell everything about the ads manager.

If a company will ask you in an interview, how can you promote the company?

So you have to tell them that through the ads manager.

What is there in the ads manager?

There are many objectives.

Taking those objectives as soon as I run the campaign, by running it, it will reach more people and from there our company will get promoted.

You can tell them about every objective as I have told you about reach, traffic, then lead generation.

Let’s say if the company says that I want to increase visits to store locations.

Then you can take a campaign about conversion.

If the company says that they want leads.

Then you can run campaigns on lead generation.

If a company says to bring traffic on the website.

You can do that through Facebook.

If company says that they don’t have time,

This is all I am telling you what company can ask you.

Let’s say if a company asks you that I need inquiries on WhatsApp.

How will you do that?

You can tell them that I will run a campaign on Facebook for WhatsApp.

Then the company will ask you how will you do that?

Then you will say that I will do that through the Facebook ads manager.

Then the company will ask you what you will do through the ads manager?

Going in the ads manager then onto the consideration step then to messages by going in messages there i will get options of website, whatsapp and application.

I will select the WhatsApp option and I will link the WhatsApp number.

After linking the number i will receive an otp after that i will run the campaign.

From there we will get messages on WhatsApp.

You can tell all of this.

We have done this practically as well.

Then comes, how does Facebook marketing work for business?

How is facebook marketing useful for business?

A Company can ask you how Facebook marketing will work for our business?

Tell us about that.

Then you can tell them through Facebook marketing we can target locations, demographics, we can target profile information, we can run ads, we can post organically, we can increase organic reach.

We can do this all by running ads.

“After creating an ad, set a budget and bid for each click or thousand impressions that your ad will receive.”

So it means that there are different types of objectives when we run ads.

By taking those objectives we have try that by bearing minimum cost we reach maximum people.

You have to tell them what we have learned.

Then here they may ask.

“What kind of customers are affected by Facebook marketing?”

So you can tell here that we can make all kinds of audiences affected by this.

Ok.

For that we have to do detailed targeting, we have to do location based ads.

Here also you can give an example of an ads manager.

Through an ads manager you can target any customer from any location you can target nicely.

You have to tell all of this.

Then a company can ask you about the difference between a business manager and an ads manager.

But I will tell you this again.

See, on Facebook ads manager you can only run ads.

You can see reports there, you can see the billing section there.

You can see the campaign response there.

You can see campaign analytics.

This is all you can see in the ads manager.

Ads manager is related to ads only.

When we talk about Facebook business managers.

It is from a business perspective.

You can give rights to the Facebook business page.

Because Facebook business manager is a very wide concept.
