Now we are going to talk about how to create content?
This is a really important topic. Here we will mainly learn about content. ok?
In most cases, people create their account on Facebook but are not able to upload much content.
We will learn about, which kind of content you should use and why content marketing is important for our Facebook.
Before learning content, I will tell you “what is content marketing” and why that is a very important part.
see “Content marketing is the practice of creating, publishing and sharing content with the goal of building the reputation and visibility of your brand”.
So what is Content marketing ?
Content marketing is one kind of practice, where you create a content and after creating you publish it and after publishing it you have to share it. That should be according to a specific goal.
It should not be instant. you cannot upload any content related to any product suddenly that you want to launch.
First of all you need to create a calendar and work accordingly. You have to divide this in many stages. You need to do lots of research.
Now if we talk about content marketing, then we can say that “content marketing” is a process and practice where you create a content then you publish it and share it. And you do all of these things according to your goal.
Now what does a goal mean?
Whenever you start any business, Sales should not be your goal at the introductory phase. Your goal should be “branding”. After Branding, your goal should be “awareness”.
After awareness, we should get proper reach and after that it comes leads and then after it is sales.
We have to follow this process and then only we will get success in content marketing.
Here I briefed you about the whole process of what you need to do here.
Let’s say, I show by an example, I briefed you a process, which include followings:
This is the process of content creation.
Let’s say, you have started a new business.
Then your first goal should be in regards to awareness.
Awareness means you have to be brief about your business.
Let’s say, as I gave you the example of “Cloud Kitchen”.
First of all you have to think in which city you are doing your business.
After the city, you have to look for your target audience.
After the Target audience, you have to focus on their interest.
And after considering all of these above, you have to create your content accordingly.
I hope you are able to understand me.
Suppose I am starting a Gujarat based cloud kitchen. Your language should be Gujarati… You can give priority to Gujarati and you can also keep English and Hindi as well…
when your business is Gujarat based and when the location of your business is gujarat.
You have to focus on language according to your city.
If your business place is Maharashtra, then you will prefer Marathi language.
If you are from Telangana, then you can select Telugu language.
You have to take care that your content should be according to your city.
This was about awareness.
You have to select your target audience.
Let’s say, you have a clothing business and you are targeting only females.
So now, you have to create your content according to your target audience only.
After that you should get to know about their interests.
Interest means, which kind of content is being liked by your audience.
Let’s say I have a mobile phone business and I am selling mobile phone accessories. So my target base will be I-phone. Currently I am working on an I-phone only.
I am selling apple related products only. Now, I have to see whether any new product is going to be launched or not. Currently they have launched the I-phone 12 and 13. So now I have to upload my content related to that only.
Like, currently the I-phone 13 pro max is going to be launched, so now I have to share their data and good things about that model, so that we will be able to connect with that kind of audience..
And they will purchase my product after connecting with me.
In awareness, you have to take care of certain things like for example, you have to see on which location your business has started, how many branches will be there. Your content should be very specific in regards to awareness.
We don’t have to focus here on sales.
So this was our first step.
Now let's talk about branding, in branding you have to create your own brand. If we talk about brands, suppose you are living in any area, I am just trying to give you an example and you have to think about which brand comes to mind.
Suppose I talk about water bottles, then your mind will think about “Bisleri”.
If I talk about mobile phones, then your mind will think about apple.
If you think about a budget phone, then in your mind you will get an image of MI and realme.
So Brand is being created accordingly.
If I talk about automated cars, then you will think about “tesla”.
Because Tesla has created their brand accordingly.
positioning has been done accordingly.
Here you need to focus on branding.
You have to focus on your business USP.
USP means, it shows your product niche.
In short, the criteria for which you are famous.
If I talk about Apple, then they are famous for their privacy. So it means that privacy is their USP.
If we talk about Samsung, then it is famous for its display.
So like this, you have to think about the USP of your business. And you have to target your USP and try to communicate the same to the general public.
That will help you in creating your branding.
In the upcoming lecture, we will learn about “brand awareness campaigns”. To the campaign, it will reach more people and hence our sales will increase.
For example, In starting days Zomato used to give free delivery and discounts. And they also used to tell us that if you are purchasing from a local food delivery vendor then we will deliver that food within 30 minute or any short duration.
Another one is reach. After brand awareness, you have to focus on reaching more people.
You have to make content related to reach. Like making viral photos or focusing on trending memes, or making upcoming festival related posts.
So your content should be according to your reach.
If we talk about leads.
Leads are particular about sales, discount.
Lets say, you have a clothing brand and you will give 50%, 30% or 20% off on the starting phase, or you are keeping Diwali sale, holi sale.
Here, you can run giveaways, so that new people can join you.
If you focus on these kinds of things, then your sales will grow and more revenue will be generated.
And after that, if you are working properly, then you will get your customer repeatedly.
You have to think about content ideas in regards to conversion.
You have to think about content ideas for repeat customers.
What will come under repeat customer content ideas?
Suppose, if we give one year membership to our existing customer. That membership will include an 80% discount on purchase of any product or you get any accessories free.
You have to think of something unique to make your customer repeat.
And accordingly you have to update your content.
We have taken care of all of these things on Facebook.
For awareness, we will focus on the City, target audience and branding. After that we will think about reaching out.
I thought about all of these things for new startup ideas. However, you have to plan according to your business and make strategies accordingly.
I discussed lots of things. But Now the question is “How to create content”.
First of all, you have to do research in the market. As I mentioned before,
You have to research “how much demand is there for your product in the market”.
Do people like it? If yes, then how much they are liking it.
What are their dislikes and disadvantages?
Whether our product is being used by many people.
So, you have to understand your customers. You have to learn it.
Suppose if you belong to any industry, you have to understand it first.
My field is digital marketing. So what I will do. I will try to understand that field as much as possible.
After getting all the understanding, I will execute that.
I will try to make that kind of content, so that more people join me.
I can do live videos. I can arrange seminars. I can arrange free coaching classes, free consultancy. So that we will be able to meet more people and my focus will be education.
I have to educate people on why digital marketing is important for your business.
Till now, lots of people only understand that Facebook marketing is only about posting and running ads.
But it is not limited to that only, we have to work on very good content strategy and that should be unique.
After that, our final goal will be sales.
I tried to explain to you about sales through awareness and reach but first of all you must have knowledge of your industry and you have to learn that as well.
After that you have to focus on engagement and you have to make your content accordingly. You have to educate the people.
And you have to try that your content should be for selling point of view.

After that, it comes to needs.
If you are launching a product, first evaluate whether the buyer is interested or not.
Suppose, I am opening a coaching institute here, and I am giving arts related education in a specific area.
I am giving only offline lectures. So, at the moment, that is not in very much need.
