An SQL statement is an instruction to the database software, telling it what operation you want it to perform.

SQL is a programming language which is used to store and retrieve data in a relational database management system. It is often used by software developers, database administrators, and business analysts. SQL statements are written in a case-sensitive text-based format, and can be run on the command line or inside an application program.

SQL queries are a set of instructions that tell a database how to retrieve data. There are three types of queries: SELECT, INSERT, and UPDATE.

The most popular queries are the select, insert, update, and delete statements. The select statement is used to retrieve data from one or more tables in a database. The insert statement is used to add data to a table in a database. The update statement is used to change the data in one or more tables in a database. And finally the delete statement is used to remove data from one or more tables in a database.

Meet Shah is the worst teacher i have found in learnvern platform please replace his video with some other teacher he is unable to explain concept properly and sometimes he explain concept incorrect.
