First, open up Microsoft Word and spell-check the document. To do so, click on the "Spelling" tab at the top of the screen. Then click on "Check to spell" and then "Run Spell Check." You can also press Ctrl+F7 or use shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+F7 to run a spell check or go to File, Options, Spelling, and Grammar, Check to spell automatically.
