Spelling Errors in MS Word

First, open up Microsoft Word and spell-check the document. To do so, click on the "Spelling" tab at the top of the screen. Then click on "Check to spell" and then "Run Spell Check." You can also press Ctrl+F7 or use shortcut keys Ctrl+Shift+F7 to run a spell check or go to File, Options, Spelling, and Grammar, Check to spell automatically. Grammar Check is a free-to-try, easy-to-use tool for grammar checkers. It checks your spelling and grammar as you type, and gives you a list of acceptable and unacceptable words with a percentage of correct. A small-sized tool designed to help you check your spelling and grammar as you type, right in your MSword. Grammar checker is a great addition to MS word as it can also help you organize your work and make sure that errors are corrected as soon as possible. On the Word menu, click Preferences > Spelling & Grammar. In the Spelling & Grammar dialog box, under Spelling, check or clear the Check spelling as you type the box.

Ms Word will let you know that it is not able to spell certain words correctly. However, the problem might be with your Hindi dictionary or your computer language settings. The first step is to make sure that Ms Word is configured to use your Hindi dictionary. If this does not solve the problem, you might need to change the language settings on your computer. If you are changing the language settings on a Mac, you can find them in System Preferences > Language & Region > Language tab > Languages button on top of window and then click Details button next to it to see which languages are currently active. For Windows users, click Start Menu > Settings > Change PC Settings > Change PC Languages tab and then select Hindi among other languages available.
